Road cones applications.

General characteristics

CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL is a retroreflective material specifically designed for road cones applications. A special treatment is applied to the retroreflective surface and it makes CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL different from CORLITE® CONES in terms of:
• a brighter grey colour;
• a superior resistance to the surface’s abrasion;
• a better thickness which gives the product less chances to deform. CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL has an optical system obtained from the encapsulation of the retroreflective layer onto a soft elastic base with a high flexibility and mechanical resistance. On the back side, the high elastic grade of the polyurethane soft base enables CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL to be used on nonplaner surfaces. The product is particularly recommended for:
• PVC’s road cones for temporary signs;
• rubber or PE’s road cones for temporary signs.

Photometric properties

Here below are reported typical values of the CORLITE® CONES SPECIAL sheeting without the front removable film and added to the cone (all the values are expressed in (Cd/lux-m²).
